Division 5 and 4/3

This level is competitive and is played against other teams in town. Criteria for positions will be based on each child's capability to succeed at their assigned position, while learning and performing the required skills for that position, and understanding the "why's" of the various game situations. It is recommended that each coach vary the positions that each child plays in the first few games. Not every child can play every position well. Each coach should use the strengths of their players to determine their best position and make sure that the child understands the importance of the position that they are playing, so that they can feel good about it. Look for opportunities within game situations to move the players to different positions to gain experience. Give each and every child the opportunity to become the best soccer player that they can be.

Players should be contacted sometime in August by their coaches for more information about practices, uniforms and game schedules.
