Officers

The Officers of the Association shall be elected and/or confirmed at the first meeting of the Board of Directors of the calendar year. The Officers of the Association, who shall also serve as Members of the Board of Directors, shall consist of the President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Trustees

Trustees shall be additional members of the Board of Directors. The Trustees shall nominate and elect the Officers of the Association. All new Trustees must be nominated and approved by a two-thirds majority of the Board of Directors.
